Types of Parent Visas in Australia

  • Stay: 3 or 5 years (renewable up to 10 years).

  • Stay: 2 years (173), then apply for PR under 143.
  • For: Parents who meet the Balance of Family Test.
  • Highlights: Quicker processing than Subclass 103.
  • Location: Must apply from offshore.
